Founded by Daisy Washburn Osborn, her daughter Dr. LaDonna Osborn is passionate about the issues facing women in ministry around the world. While there are many Bible Schools and Seminaries that train people for ministry, WIN is unique in its commitment to empower the woman for effective ministry in all areas of Christian service.
WIN is a ministry to provide specialized encouragement, education and equipping to women in Christian ministry.
WIN ministry vision is accomplished through a variety of relational experiences. International women gather in Tulsa for one or two week sessions for interaction and training throughout the year.
WIN offers materials, training programs, outlets for ministry experience, and networks women for increased effectiveness in ministry.
